Article 1565 – Sale to children or grand children - Parents or grand parents shall not be entitled to sell or mortgage to children or grand children if the other children or grand children do not consent to the sale or mortgage. § Sole paragraph - If any of them refuses the consent or is incapable of granting the same or it is not possible to obtain such consent, the consent may be made good through family council constituted and summoned for this purpose in the manner set out in article 207.
