Article 308 – Formalities of the emancipation - The emancipation granted by the father or mother shall consist of a mere record or document, signed before the judge of the residence of the person granting the emancipation; the emancipation granted by the family council shall consist of a record of the deliberation taken in the usual manner. § Sole paragraph - The judge shall subsequently order the respective title to be drawn up, which will only be binding on third parties after it has been registered in the book of guardianships.
