Article 309 – Proceeding for the emancipated person to get administration of his assets - In the case of the first number of article 304, the emancipated minor may request the competent judge, enclosing all the documents proving to his/her marriage, age and respective license, to allow him/her to administer his/her own assets; and the judge shall decide, as may be just, without previously hearing any parties. § Sole paragraph - The order which directs the handing over of the administration shall produce effect, in relation to third parties, after it has been registered in the book of guardianships.
