Section 10. Cognizance of offences. The Gujarat Electricity ( Special Powers ) Act, 1946.

10. No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by such public servant as may be authorised by the 34[ State] Government in this behalf.
