Section 11. Protection of action taken under Act.

11. (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order, direction or requirement made or deemed to have been made under section 3, 4, 5 35[, 6, 6-A, 6-B or 6-C]. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the 36[ Government ] for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order 37[ direction or requirement ] made or deemed to have been made under section 3, 4, 5 3[ 6, 6-A, 6-B or 6-C ].
