This Act was repealed on 13 September 2022 by the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Gujarat Act 18 of 2021), s.47; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. No court other than that of 13[ * * * ] a Magistrate of the first class shall take cognizance of or try any offence under this Act.
