This Act was repealed on 13 September 2022 by the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Gujarat Act 18 of 2021), s.47; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, rules or by-laws.
