56. Inquiries and procedings to be judicial proceedings. All inquiries and proceedings before the Mamlatdar, the Collector or Tribunal shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 192, 219 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
