The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

13. Officers of the Cluster University.- The following shall be the officers of the Cluster University, namely:- (a) the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c) the Finance Officer; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Controller of Examinations; and (f) such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the Cluster University.
