Section 20. Dean of Faculty and Dean of Student Welfare.

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Dean of Faculty and Dean of Student Welfare.- (1) There shall be a Dean for each Faculty and Dean of Student Welfare in each constituent college, who shall be appointed, in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2) The salary and allowances payable to the officers as specified in sub-section (1), the conditions of service and the powers to be exercised and the functions to be performed by them shall be, such as, may be prescribed in the Statues.
