The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

21. Other Officers.- (1) The Cluster University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning. (2) The manner of appointment of other officers of the Cluster University and their powers and functions shall be, such as, may be prescribed by the Statutes.
