The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

36. Proceedings of the Cluster University not invalidated by vacancies.- No act done, or proceeding taken, under this Act by any authority of the Cluster University shall be invalid merely on ground,- (a) of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority; or (b) of any defect or irregularity in nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or (c) of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceedings, not affecting the merits of the case.
