Section 37. Committees.

This Act was repealed on 1 April 2022 by the Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021 (Act No. 3 of 2022), s.55(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
37. Committees.- The authorities or officers of the Cluster University may constitute committees with such terms of reference, as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed by such committees. The constitution of such committees and their duties shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
