Section 29. Quorum. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1975

29. Quorum.
The quorum to constitute a meeting of the Board or any committee shall be, one-third of the total number of members of the Board or the Committee.
