199. Discharging firearm etc. Whoever discharges firearms or lets off fireworks, fire-balloons or detonators, or engages in any game, in such a manner as to cause or likely to cause, danger to persons passing by a dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, or risk of injury to property, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees and more than one thousand rupees.
