Section 22. Chairperson, members, officers and employees to be public servants.

22. Chairperson, members, officers and employees to be public servants. The Chairperson, members, officers and the employees of the Board shall, when acting or purporting to act under the provisions of the Act, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
