Section 10. Petition when to be dismissed

10. Petition when to be dismissed Where the Tribunal finds in a case, other than the one transferred to it under section 5, that the mortgage is one to which this Act does not apply, it shall dismiss the petition and such order of dismissal shall, subject to the provisions of the section 14, be final.
