Section 9. Procedure for dealing with petition for restitution.

9. Procedure for dealing with petition for restitution. On receipt of such petition the Tribunal shall after such enquiry, as it may consider necessary, record an order in writing giving reasons whether this Act applies or not to the mortgage with respect to which the petition is made.
