Section 10. Resignation THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI AMARNATH JI SHRINE ACT, 2000

10. Resignation
Any Member may resign his office as a Member by giving notice in writing to the Chief Executive Officer and his office shall become vacant from the date of acceptance of the same by the *Governor.
