Section 11. Removal of a Member. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI AMARNATH JI SHRINE ACT, 2000

11. Removal of a Member.
The *Governor may for good and sufficient reasons, remove any Member after giving him an opportunity of showing cause against such removal and after considering the explanation offered therefor.
