Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SPECIAL TRIBUNAL ACT, 1988

1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal Act, 1988.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force from 9th day of May, 1986.
