Section 2. Definitions.

2. Definitions. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Tribunal appointed under section 4 of this Act ; (b) “Tribunal” means the Special Tribunal constituted under section 4 of this Act.
