Section 39. Penalty for malpractice

39 Any person who commits a malpractice or contravenes any other provision of this Act for which no specific penalty has been provided, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine not exceeding Rs. 1,00,000.00 or with both.
