Section 127. Legal assistance to poor tenants.

127. Legal assistance to poor tenants.—Subject to such rules as may be made by the State Government, legal assistance may be provided by the State Government in proceedings under this Act to tenants whose pecuniary circumstances are such that legal assistance is in the opinion of the State Government required by such tenants.
