Maximum amount payable under the Act.—Where a person is entitled to the payment of an amount under section 47 and also under section 72 other than under sub- section (6) thereof, then notwithstanding anything contained in the said sections the amount payable to such person shall not in the aggregate exceed rupees two lakhs.]1
