This Act was repealed on 31 December 2020 by the Karnataka Parliamentary Secretaries Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 58 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Parliamentary Secretaries 2[Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions]2 Act, 1963. (2) It shall come into force at once.
