This Act was repealed on 31 December 2020 by the Karnataka Parliamentary Secretaries Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 58 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1[6. Oath of Office and of Secrecy.- Before a Parliamentary Secretary enters upon his office, the Chief Minister shall administer to him the oath of office and of secrecy according to such form as may be specified by the Government in this behalf.]1
