Section 7. Parliamentary Secretary not to practise profession, etc.

This Act was repealed on 31 December 2020 by the Karnataka Parliamentary Secretaries Salary, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 58 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Parliamentary Secretary not to practise profession, etc.—A Parliamentary Secretary shall not, during the tenure of his office, practise any profession or engage in any trade or undertake for remuneration, any employment other than his duties as Parliamentary Secretary.
