Section 12. Cognizance of offences.

This Act was repealed on 28 August 2020 by the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of transfer of staff of Department of Collegiate Education) (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 41 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. Cognizance of offences.-No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on a complaint made in writing by an officer authorized by the Government by notification published in this behalf in the official Gazette.
