Section 13. Act to override other laws.

This Act was repealed on 28 August 2020 by the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of transfer of staff of Department of Collegiate Education) (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 41 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. Act to override other laws.- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force.
