Procurement through Government e-Market place (Gem).- Where the goods or services are procured through on line at Government e-Market place (Gem) created by Government of India which is an end to end procurement system for commonly used goods and services for Government buyers subject to such norms as may be prescribed and from the date as may be notified by the Government.
