6C. Preferences to Micro and Small Enterprises.- To encourage Micro and Small Enterprises, preferences may be given them in such manner subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Government. Explanation.- For the purpose of this section, Micro and Small enterprises shall have the same meaning as defined in the Micro, Small and Medium enterprises Development Act, 2006(Central Act 27 of 2006)]1
