Section 46. Penalty for obstructing persons from performing duty under contract.

46. Penalty for obstructing persons from performing duty under contract.— If any person obstructs any person with whom the Corporation has entered into a contract in the performance or execution by such person of his duty or anything which he is empowered or required to do under this Act, 7[he shall be liable to a fine, which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees but may extend to fifty thousand rupees, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed].
