Section 11. Institution of prosecutions.

This Act was repealed on 18 June 1983 by the Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986 (35 of 1986), s.26(1); that Act is deemed in force from 18 June 1983 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. Institution of prosecutions.—No prosecution shall be instituted against any person without the sanction of the authorised officer.
