This Act was repealed on 18 June 1983 by the Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986 (35 of 1986), s.26(1); that Act is deemed in force from 18 June 1983 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. Bar of suits.—No order of the Government or the authorised officer under this Act shall be liable to be questioned in any court of law.
