Section 13. Indemnity.

This Act was repealed on 18 June 1983 by the Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986 (35 of 1986), s.26(1); that Act is deemed in force from 18 June 1983 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. Indemnity.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the authorised officer or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or purported to have been done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
