Section 18. Power to remove difficulties.

This Act was repealed on 24 January 1986 by the Kerala Restriction on Transfer by and Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1999 (12 of 1999), s.22(1); that Act is deemed in force from 24 January 1986 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18. Power to remove difficulties.—If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion requires, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
