Section 19. Protection of action taken in good faith.

This Act was repealed on 24 January 1986 by the Kerala Restriction on Transfer by and Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1999 (12 of 1999), s.22(1); that Act is deemed in force from 24 January 1986 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
19. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything done or purporting to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
