This Act was repealed on 24 August 2016 by the Maharashtra Repealing Act, 2016 (Mah. 31 of 2016), s.2 and Schedule, serial 32; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Ambernath Interim Municipality (Constitution and Actions) Validation Act, 1965. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th October 1965.
