Section 42. Appeal to High Court.

This Act was repealed on 1 May 2016 by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), s.92; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
42. Appeal to High Court.— Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Housing Appellate Tribunal may file an appeal to the High Court within thirty days from the date of receipt of the decision or order of the Housing Appellate Tribunal.
