This Act was repealed on 1 May 2016 by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), s.92; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
43. Order passed by Housing Appellate Tribunal to be executable as a decree.— Every order passed by the Housing Appellate Tribunal under this Act shall be deemed to be a decree of a civil court and shall be executable in the same manner as a decree of a civil court.
