Section 341G. Incorporation of Industrial Township Authority.

341G. Incorporation of Industrial Township Authority.— For every Industrial Township there shall be an Industrial Township Authority. Every such Authority shall be a body corporate by the name of “the ................. Industrial Township Authority” and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, and to enter into contracts and may by that name sue, and be sued.
