Section 341H. Constitution of Industrial Township Authority.

341H. Constitution of Industrial Township Authority.— The Industrial Township Authority shall consist of— (a) Chairperson . . To be nominated by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, 3[City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited] or the Co-operative Society formed for developing Co-operative Industrial Estate in that Industrial Township, who shall be a non-official member; (b) Two Members . . To be nominated by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, 4[City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited] or the Co-operative Society formed for developing a Co-operative Industrial Estate, in that Industrial Township, one of whom shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Township Authority; (c) Two Members . . To be nominated by the Association of Industrial Units situated in the Industrial Township; and (d) One Member . . To be nominated by the Collector of the District in which such Industrial Township is situated.
