Section 10. Vacancy of Chairman or member owing to disqualification.

10. Vacancy of Chairman or member owing to disqualification.— If the Chairman or a member of the State Board or a Divisional Board or any Committee becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in the last preceding section, his office shall thereupon become vacant.
