Section 11. Vacancy of member owing to absence without permission .

11. Vacancy of member owing to absence without permission .— If a member elected or nominated or designated to the State Board or a Divisional Board remains absent without permission of the Board from three consecutive meetings thereof, his office shall thereupon become vacant.
