Section 12. Irregular admissions and appointments void.

This Act was repealed on 26 February 2024 by the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2024 (Mah. 16 of 2024), s.20(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

12. Any admissions or appointments made in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall be void.
