Section 14. Protection of action taken in good faith.

This Act was repealed on 26 February 2024 by the Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act, 2024 (Mah. 16 of 2024), s.20(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

14. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Competent Authority or its officers, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.
