132. Loans by 7[Zilla Parishads].— Notwithstanding anything contained in 8[the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961 (Mah. V of 1962), the Zilla Parishad] may, subject to rules, grant a loan to a panchayat within the district for the purposes of this Act.
