9[132A. Equalisation grant.— Where the amount of grant of land revenue payable to a panchayat under subsection (1) of section 131 is found to be less than the amount arrived at on the basis of one rupee per capita of the population of the village, then that panchayat shall be entitled to an equalisation grant equal to the difference between the amount arrived at on per capita basis and the amount payble to the panchayat under sub-section (1) of section 131 ; and such grant shall be made by the State Government.] 10[* * * * * *]
