Section 209. Fee for licence.

209. Fee for licence.— When a licence granted under sub-section (2) of section 205 does not permit the levy of any fees, it shall be granted free of charge, but when such permission is given, a fee not exceeding such amount as may be fixed by bye-laws in that behalf may be charged for such licence.
